This 3,500 sq.ft ground floor space is located at 50 O’Connor St, one of the most prestigious buildings in the City. With foot traffic exceeding 55,000 people per day and connected to the new Parliament OLRT station, it is an extremely sought after location. The space features an open concept layout with a main bar, luxury commercial kitchen, public washrooms, mechanical mezzanine, P-Level prep kitchen and beautiful brass features all highlighting a custom built local artisan beaded sculpture – the ‘Aiana flower’.
